Outpatient Clinic Services
Tarrant Nephrology has 13 conveniently located outpatient clinics all over Tarrant County and in many neighboring counties. Our clinics are state of the art and provide the full range of kidney disease care. We are currently using electronic health records, which allows us to quickly and efficiently communicate with other physicians and hospitals. Tarrant Nephrology is accepting patients at all our locations. Our offices are equipped to provide the entire scope of kidney disease diagnosis and treatment.
Patient Registration
A registration document is provided to patients in an effort to serve, educate and prepare you for your visit. Our goal is for our patients to have a great experience with Tarrant Nephrology Associates.
